Arrival Delay: In the rare case that your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international packages), you can claim for a $5 refund.
Damage: We understand that accidents can happen during transit. That's why we offer a claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
Loss: If your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international packages), you can claim for the full value of your purchase.
But that's not all - Worry-Free Delivery also includes carbon offsets for any carbon emissions produced within the recipient's destination country. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices.
